Kees Stigter joins Hendor as our new Sales Director

With great pride, we welcome a new member to the Hendor team: Kees Stigter. As from today, he takes the role of Sales Director, and will be responsible for our global product sales.

Kees is a familiar face within the industry, with 25 years of experience as sales- and service representative for chemical processes in the surface finishing industry, and printed circuit board production. After his education in chemical technology and military service, he started his career at Atotech. There, he worked himself up from sales service engineer electronics to Director Atotech Netherlands. Kees: “In short, I’m a allrounder with expertise in chemistry, and good sense for business and the people around it. With my knowledge of applied chemistry in the surface finishing industry, I’m dedicated to further optimize the pumps and filtration systems. Furthermore, I will focus on increasing the quality and efficiency of Hendor’s processes regarding customers and prospects.”

Bringing the Hendor legacy to the next level

After a respectable career at Atotech, Kees decided to join the Hendor team. To him, it’s pretty clear why: “Hendor stands for a family company with its own product of worldwide class, and a vision for the future. The compactly organized company has always eye for the customer, but also for its people. To me, these are the ingredients for a healthy, dynamic business, and a motivated team. That is the kind of business I want to work for.”

“With Kees joining our company, we can further professionalize our team,” according to Commercial Director Paul van Ham. “He brings extensive knowledge of the market, and deep application knowledge to our company. The most important part is that he fits the family company’s culture. With his vision, we can further expand our Hendor legacy.” How Kees thinks to accomplish that? “It is my intention to be a true addition to the existing and already experienced Hendor sales team. I see it as a challenge to improve the efficiency of the team. I aspire to accomplish that by learning from each other’s best practices, instead of directing tasks to one another. I’m excited to bring the Hendor legacy to the next level.”
